What a Massage therapist does when there stressed and tired?

The battery is low, where’s the plugin?

So we all get stressed and warn out, life’s a bit much somedays. But Massage therapist get tired and stressed too. Well here are some of my secrets that keep me going through the tough days.

1. Tea or some relaxing beverage

My tea is my relaxing time no matter what I’m doing and where I am or going, my tea takes to a country cottage in my mind safe to let go of all the baggage of the day.

Doesn’t matter the tea, though I do like some more then others.
I bet it smells wonderful in there.

2. Exercise or Physical activity

Exercise or some physical activity, helps to get out the stress that can build up. Bsides it’s good for you! Also I include in this is Yoga, Tai chi, karate, Chi gong, jogging, running, etc.

3. Mediation

Mediation has a great many benefits, like releasing stress. These effects can disrupt sleep, promote depression and anxiety, increase blood pressure and contribute to fatigue and cloudy thinking. In an eight-week study, a meditation style called “mindfulness meditation” reduced the inflammation response caused by stress.

4. Singing or listening to Music

Singing or listening to Music is just relaxing especially if its your kind of sound, I like a great many kinds. Whats yours?

5. A Shower or Bath

A shower or bath is a great way to end or begin the day, and if its one of those wow days even in the middle. The point is use this time to recharge your self and begin to heal.

The best part of all these things is they can be for the most part used together, like singing in the shower or meditating with your favorite music. The idea is you try and see what works best for you, for your health and peace of mind. Because in this world today we need every little bit of R&R we can get to go on another day and maybe, just made be a little better off then today. by Eyn C.
